' Twas a grand hike up the mountain Sahale in the North Cascades with spectacular scenery in every direction (Cascade Pass area) as the eye wandered. And I with camera and he with paintbrush in hand. We drew a crowd, and I uttered some prose, but in reality it was the land that they had come to see and what we came to capture.....
